Clothing is harder for AI photo tools than mugs or candles. Fabric drapes, wrinkles and fits a body, and shoppers want to see it on a person. So when you compare tools for apparel, look at two separate jobs: flat or packshot clean-up, and on-model imagery. Pricing changes often. The figures here come from each tool's pricing page as we captured it on 2026-10-19. Always confirm the current pricing on the tool's own site.

Flat-lay and packshot clean-up

For marketplace-style images on a white background, Photoroom (listing) is the most direct choice. Pebblely (listing), Mokker (listing) and Flair (listing) place a product into a generated scene, which is good for accessories, shoes and folded knits.

On-model images

For garments, an on-model shot usually converts better than a flat lay. Botika (listing) and FASHN (listing) are built specifically for fashion, and Claid (listing) also lists on-model photos among its features. Test each one on your hardest SKU, like a print or a sheer fabric, and check that the color and pattern stay accurate. The try-on comparison covers more tools.
